welcome to ALTENPFLEGE 2010 in Hannover.
We, as a service provider, are always striving for efficient and unbureaucratic cooperation in our dealings with exhibitors. However, the wealth of technical and organisational information means that a certain amount of "small print" is unavoidable.
We therefore ask you to read the following information and the Technical Regulations carefully and also pass it on to the contractors responsible for building and dismantling your stand, plus sub-exhibitors and your staff if applicable.

- Regulations of the Building Authorities and the fire brigade for exhibitors and stand construction companies for self-installation of electrical equipment

This information and the Technical Regulations as well as the FAMA's "General Trade Fair and Exhibition Conditions" and the "Special Exhibition Conditions" form part of the contract covering your participation at ALTENPFLEGE 2010.
- Service Plus
As from the start of the 2009/2010 season of events, Fachausstellungen Heckmann GmbH has optimised all procedures related to ordering technical services and other booth services.
The following technical services
- Electrical supply
- Water supply
- Partitions, doors, fascia panels
- Wallpapering, painting, lettering
- Rental system stand
- Floor coverings
- Rental furniture
- Stand cleaning
- Waste disposal
- Telecommunication
are offered as Service Plus services.
For you as an exhibitor, this means that billing and collection during the event has been abolished, allowing you to focus completely on the show. All Service Plus services you order plus all ancillary and consumption costs will be invoiced after the show has ended by Fachausstellungen Heckmann GmbH.
You can use the order forms to request all the services you need for this trade fair/exhibition. Please make sure that you send the forms back by the "Final date for submission" date!
If forms are sent in later, no guarantee can be given that the services ordered will be ready on time.
