Large-scale job exchange makes Hannover debut at ALTENPFLEGE 2010
While the economic crisis has led to a massive loss of jobs in many industries, hundreds of thousands of new job opportunities are being created in the care sector. According to the latest studies, the number of jobs in the care sector may even triple by 2050, making for a total of 2.2. million people involved in providing professional care services. What at first glance may sound quite positive is nevertheless confronting the owners and operators of elderly care institutions with a set of increasingly major challenges. Many regions are already experiencing a shortage of qualified care workers — a situation which can only get worse.
The Job Exchange at ALTENPFLEGE 2010 is dedicated to helping combat the growing shortage of qualified care workers. At this group pavilion with 16 different partners, visitors from all areas of the care sector will find a range of interesting offerings. They will have the opportunity to meet representatives of potential future employers and establish initial contact, face-to-face.
Participating companies include „afg PERSONAL GmbH“, „contec GmbH“, „CURA Seniorenwohn- und Pflegeheime GmbH“, „MATERNUS Altenheim GmbH“, „Kursana Residenzen GmbH“, „Lifeline Pflegedienste“, „MUNDUS Senioren-Residenzen GmbH“, „PFLEGEN UND WOHNEN“, „Pluss Personal Leasing“, „Sensato Jobs“, „Vitanas GmbH“ und „Johanniter Unfall Hilfe“.

The Job Exchange is another feature ensuring that ALTENPFLEGE 2010 will serve as a networking hub for decision-makers, top executives, HR managers and care sector employees.
